This is a one-of-a-kind piece, embroidered and printed on a vintage Champion XL sweatshirt. It is representative of the 2012 Premier League win, where Manchester City scored two goals in stoppage time to beat QPR and win their first Premier League title, which has now become the start of a dynasty. The shirt has custom screen printing on the front and back of shirt, as well as all of the names of the Manchester City players in that game on the right sleeve. It is also embroidered with the match details from the game, as well as players who played a significant role in their victory.

This is a lightweight vintage sweatshirt that has been purchased secondhand, so there may be small faults, including a mark near the left arm seam and discoloration and fading throughout. However, there's nothing that affects the integrity of the sweatshirt.
